• The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District strives to provide every student with a quality education that prepares them for college and careers. All students deserve equal access to updated classrooms, computers and science labs to ensure they have a solid background in all academic areas. This includes access to modern classrooms that support science, technology, engineering and math, with 21st century technology.

Potential School Improvement Measure

  • The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District Governing Board has approved the resolution to place a bond measure on the June 2016 ballot, to ensure all students have access to the same quality classrooms and school facilities. The potential measure would:

    • Repair or replace leaky roofs, deteriorating plumbing and sewer systems
    • Upgrade classrooms for students with disabilities
    • Upgrade and renovate old science labs and other classrooms for job training and readiness after high school
    • Update infrastructure to improve student access to instructional technology
    • Replace aging portable classrooms
    • Provide libraries so students have full access to books, resources and technology
    • Provide education space for music and the arts
    • Modernize classrooms to meet 21st century teaching and learning standards
    • Improve campus safety and security
